Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process before shipping.
After your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information. If tracking shows “not found” or an error message, allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.

What happens if a product is sold out?

What is your return policy?
10th Powa Products does not accept returns on perishable items. This includes:

Because these products are natural and perishable, we cannot accept returns once they have been shipped or delivered.
