WHERE IS MY ORDER ?
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Each order may take two to four business days before its shipped .Once your order is dispatched and shipped there will be a another email which will include your tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take the shipping agent up to 24 hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a " not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow up to 48 business hours for an update to be shown. Order related emails can also go to spam folder, so make sure to check there if its not found in your inbox messages.

10thPowa Products DO NOT accept returns for perishable items.(all sea moss gels, raw sea moss and immune booster.) are classified as perishable items. All items NOT LISTED in this category are eligible for returns providing that the item is still in its original state.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?
In order to cancel an order you will have to send us an email before your order is shipped and we will cancel the order for you.
Orders CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED..
I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
Our deepest apologies to hear that. Please send us an email to support@10thpowaproducts.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order number. Please attach a photo proof of the faulty item and the packing slip, receipt or invoice. Failure to report a faulty or incorrect item within 24 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace or exchange the item.
